Budget and Finance

PMI assists the board in developing, adopting/approving and managing the budget for the association. We handle the day to day management of the association’s finances, which includes accounts receivable, accounts payable, reconciliations, and collection on delinquent accounts. We alert the board when expenses are heading over budget and any other financial variances (underperforming or over performing budget line items). We also manage the reserve account balance for capital expenditures and contributions.

Complex Communication

PMI initiates communication between the board and the association’s vendors, homeowners, internal board members, and local government. We assist the board in procuring advice from subject matter experts in the decision-making process to mitigate the legal risks of the board. We will audit and review the association’s Directors and Officers Insurance Policy to make sure the board is fully covered.
